Previously repaired pothole had failed

A previously repaired pothole is breaking up with large pieces of debris being thrown onto the surrounding area endangering pedestrians and vehicles parked on neighbouring drives. The previous repair was not fixed to the level of the road height meaning that a puddle forms over the top of the repair every time there is any rain which also means that passing traffic is not aware of the existence of the pothole meaning every time it his hit around the failing edges more debris is ejected.
