Pothole in the road caused £220 worth of damage and a cost that should not have been the pothole is a large pothole

The road in question is the A4 three Link Road going from Corby down towards Kettering on the off the roundaboutI would like compensating for this abysmal tire that made that cost me £220 the garage deemed it unacceptable as the road is recently New. This was at 4 am on my way to work in which I was late for work and had pay stop please could you compensate me for the tire that I had to pay for that day
