Investigating
No road marking but need putting in on the bridge over the A14
Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8793998.
Going over the bridge at junction 4 going in to Rothwell. The road has been made nice and wide for 2 lanes. Left land straight over and up in to Rothwell and the right lane should be for A14 east. But with out these here people just cut the road about instead of going around it.
At busy times the traffic is queuing up from Rothwell over the A14 bridge but for people trying to get down on the A14 west they can't get though just because of bad road positioning and people also just cut across the front of you're can thinking ypu are trying to push on.
If the road marking where there for left lane to Rothwell and right land for A14 this would sort a lot of problems out on this round about.
Coming from loddington way there is 2 lanes at the entrance of the roundabout so I don't know why its not been continued over the bridge.
Sure this would be a 5 / 10 min job to sort this out as i know loads that have almost had an accident on this round about.

This problem only needs a few lines painted on the road over the bridge and on the round abouts
2 lanes would make this section much safer
