Standing Water causing ice during freezing weather

Nightingale Drive at the junction with Pipewell Road, Desborough. After rain, standing water will not drain away causing flooding. This freezes over in cold weather creating a small ice rink which is a safety hazard to vehicles and crossing pedestrians.
