Please expedite the resolution of this issue as the rainfall overnight has caused a huge flooding from the overflowing (blocked) ditch into our garden and into the village road, causing further problems as it edges closed to homes and the waves of vehicles continue to drive through at speed. This MUST be resolved as a matter of urgency. It is not possible to wait 28 days from your last update to get this resolved. Please provide an URGENT update.
