Dangerous kerbs !!
Reported via desktop in the Damaged/Loose category anonymously at 16:22, Sunday 25 January 2026
Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8764430.
This section of kerbs was dealt with and replaced a short while ago, however, from day one after the repair it deteriorated quickly ....... The work was not carried out to a proper standard, (as we see nowadays after work is carried out) due to the materials that were used, along with un professional lgv drivers turning left and allowing their trailers to drag around and mount the kerb this showed signs of deterioration / kerbs they moved / damaged very quickly, .... This junction needs that section to be dug out and concreted properly behind the kerbs so if a trailer does mount the kerb it will not damage / move ....Ideally it needs cutting back even further then so to allow a truck / trailer to turn left without the risk of mounting the kerbs.
