Verges being destroyed

Residents continuously drive up the kerb outside their house. They have destroyed the grass verge and now there is mud all over the path and on my drop kerb. It’s getting much worse and becoming a slip hazard. There is a car park behind the houses which always has space they could use, but don’t.
