Blocked drained/flooding

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8750489.

Winter weather constantly flooding under the bridge which is the only to entrance to a hosptial and a SEN School. Danger to drivers and walkers. Also no lighting at all.
