Reported via desktop in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 16:26, Wednesday 21 January 2026
Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8737162.
The whole length of Glendon Road is covered in potholes that present a danger to vehicles, motorcycles and cycles. This also means the likelihood of accidents causing damage to vehicles and injuries to anyone travelling along this road. Today, I had to travel on the wrong side of the road at the bends near the Glendon Hall Cottages to avoid likely damage to my vehicle. These potholes have been in existence for many weeks. and not helped by a heavy goods vehicles using this road. It is a disgrace and a slap in the face to any road user that immediate PROPER repairs have not been made. NO EXCUSES PLEASE!
