Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8729452.

You say that no action is necessary. This is a safety issue and, as stated in my previous report, the overhanging trees are forcing large and high vehicles to cross over the centre of the road into the path of oncoming traffic at the bottom of a steep hill where visibility is restricted. Action is required now to prevent a head on collision.
