Still not repaired

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8715165.

Regarding the several potholes repair report that has been marked as closed, despite no repair work having been carried out.

According to the original report, these potholes were scheduled to be fixed in December. However, as of now, they remain unrepaired. I am therefore unclear as to why the report has been closed when the issue is still outstanding.

Could you please explain why the report was closed and advise when the repairs will actually be completed? Given the condition of the road, this remains a safety concern for road users.

I would appreciate your prompt clarification and an update on the next steps.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. We can confirm that we have been made aware of this issue and a works order has been raised on a routine safety inspection. These works are due to be completed by 22/04/26 Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded.
