Pavement uneven, loose & raveling

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8711331.

The pavement there is very uneven and raveling and is a difficulty to walk on for those with disabilities, or anyone at night, due to it being pitch black from lack of path illumination. Several have fallen/nearly fallen/tripped from being unable to see clearly & judge their footing on the pavement when leaving the homes.
