Double gully grating & frame has failed - dropping around 100mm

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8686460.

As above. If someone was to cross the road at that point & fail to notice the problem (because they are concentrating more by on traffic), when stepping on the gratings, the could trip & fall - possibly (hopefully) unlikely someone would cross at that point, but not impossible
