Unfinished road surfacing

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8681514.

Outside my home 116-126 & 128-138 Lea Way NN8 3NS is a lay-by for parking outside the forementioned properties. Your department resurfaced HALF of the lay-by/ parking area leaving the other half unfinished. I would like to know when the other half will be completed. I'm sure you can find out when your contractors summit ed their payment invoices for the half finished job. With thanks Daniel Clubb
