Rubbish in the road

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8657897.

Rubbish in the road from a waste refuge lorry.

Near the one way system after the cemetery and along that road.

Waste refuge lorry didn't have a net on the top of the van, causing the plastic bags, and an ottoman sized cardboard box are falling into the road. unsure if they are still there as was driving past.
