Endless flood of foul smelling liquid

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8656018.

The road is permanently flowing with liquid.. Has been since before July 2023... It is washing away the verges.. It freezes into a dangerous slick of frozen mud and slush... There are potholes and destroyed road surface all along the arthingworth road... Are you ever going to fix it?
