Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8583778.
The roots of the tree are pushing kerb stones out of position, and this is creating a large puddle in heavy rain, we can and do sweep the excess water away, but if puddle freezes overnight this causes a dangerous hazard. We request the kerb stones are taken up and relayed allowing the rain water to flow away as originally intended.
