Broken drain with hole that is getting bigger rapidly

Broken drain appeared a few days ago and the hole has already doubled in size within a few days. Appears corroded. Drain is danger as positioned outside properties and animals / people could fall down into the drain particularly during the evening. Outside property number 9 and 7.
