The drain cover in the road outside 19 Andrews Way is very loose and very loud every time a vehicle drives over it

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8525632.

I reported the problem in the summer and it was fixed. Unfortunately the drain cover has become very loose again and sounds very loud and distracting from indoors. It would be much appreciated if someone could fix it again. Thank you very much in advance.
