Drain discharging during and after rainfall

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8495279.

This drain is discharging after rainfall, the three other drains covers/drain downstream are blocked. This is causing excess water to flow on the road surface, this in turn is damaging the road surface causing potholes. Water is then engrossing into the pothole causing even more damage.
