Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8469761.

Missing restrictive bollard on footpath leading from The Hedges towards the greenway Higham Ferrers.

Due to the missing safety bollards or restrictive bollards this now allows vehicles full access to the footpath and cycle path.
