Subsidence for c 20 meters of main road

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8465333.

There is a c 20 meter stretch of subsidence on the road heading from Harborough to Sutton Basset. This has got a lot worse in the last 2 weeks and is now very dangerous. Cars are being forced into oncoming traffic on this very busy road.

  • I find it unbelievable that you cant find this subsidence!!!! This is in the exact location that i have given and the subsidence runs for c 20 meters on the road travelling from Harborough to Sutton (heading East). As perviously said, cars are having to swerve onto the opposite side of the road. I expect an URGENT' update given the time since i reported it.

  • I reported this problem over two weeks ago and i have had one email saying that you cant find it (if you don't go out and look then you wont be able to find it!!!). This is a serious hazard for all road users and needs urgent investigation. Please provide an update within the next 24 hours. Kind regards, Simon Grandidge.
