Overgrown hedge blocking most of the path unable have to go on the road to get past. Path has charging point for car which makes the gap smaller- Hedge needs cut back as unable to use pathway- will be dangerous for anyone using path but even more so for smaller kids, buggies and mobility scooters. ///factor.tamed.drag
