Large Cat 1 pothole as per Highways definition

Rushden sports and swimming pool used by family elderly and 2 large pot holes near entrance to swimming pool car park is a major hazard and serious health safety risk for road users, vehicles and cyclists, it can cause accident as beyond belief how can the area inspector miss this if they have done any checks of road standards as per Well Maintained Highways manual.
