Someone at NNC has fraudulently closed report 7965312 and marked the work as complete. In fact, no work at all has been done, nothing at all. Please reopen report 7965312 immediately. The photos attached were taken 10 minutes ago.

Nothing done. This was first reported in August 2025 but they marked the original complaint as ‘complete’ when it wasn’t. I had to put a new one on the system. I guess this sort of behaviour makes them look as though they are actually doing a good job.
