  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. We can confirm that we have been made aware of this issue and a works order has been raised on a routine safety inspection. These works are due to be completed by 10/12/25 Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 180 days (26 weeks), however we are currently operating for completion to be within 90 days. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded.
