Grate cover falling to bits

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8389024.
This cover over a drainage pipe is falling to bits. Its located outside 1 Church St and this is a main thorough fare for the school, nursery pub etc If your foot went through, its a about a 30 cm drop and a nasty injury could be caused. FYI, drain grates were put in a few years ago to cope with surface water run off and to stop the properties at that location being flooded. It is an essential part of surface water management
