Poor Road Surface

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8376473.

Police are investigating a Serious Injury RTC, whereby an individual came separated from an Electric Scooter that they were riding.

Upon attendance, poor road condition was noticed on the B645 Northampton Road - it is likely that this may have contributed to the reasons for the incident occurring.
