Just eat sign in the road

The owner is misusing the sign and placing this in the road to avoid people parking outside his shop. I have had a few near misses due to trying to overtake a car and then finding the sign in the road isn’t ideal. I’ve seen other cars nearly crash into it too. I have reported this to just eat as well. The owner will do this from 4/5pm onwards which is a huge danger specially rush hour when this street becomes gridlock.
