  • Investigation: Ongoing (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we have contacted the control hub who have been instructed to go out and make it safe, and that should be completed within 2 hours from 11:55 on 3 November. We have also submitted your notification to the works team who will progress the request to fix the issue. You should hear from them as the work progresses, the repair is planned to be completed within three months from today.
