Overgrown bushes blocking nearly the full width of pavement

These overgrown bushes have been reported several times, but at best, all that has been done is to trim them back slightly still leaving a very narrow part of the pavement available for use. This week I witnessed an elderly lady nearly topple from her mobility scooter into the road, as the pavement is so overgrown. The bushes need clearing back to expose the full width of the pavement.
