Harris fencing and bases in road

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8346726.

Harris fencing has been erected on the highway with no lighting, signage or visibility with bases sticking out into the road outside Taylor wimpy development on cranford road. No warning of obstruction on the east side of the road from either direction. Work vans parked opposite on the pathway blocking all access for pedestrians.
