Drainage Pipe Exposed

Hi, at this approx location there is a drainage pipe that has become exposed. I originally reported this to Anglian water but have been told it's not their property. Due to this I believe this is the pipework for the small drain that was added to the path. As now exposed and knowing this area can be used to access the brook, the pipe could become damaged. thanks
