Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8299682.
Obstructed right of way/footpath. W3W Soda.Rise.Guards. Please provide details about your query: Who is responsible for rights of way around the Little Oakley area because your Fix my Street process states it's not North Northamptonshire Council. There are serious issues regarding the public footpaths around Manor Farm and West of the farm with a new narrow and overgrown path with trip hazards and barbed wire fencing the combination of which is a danger to walkers. Report logged through e-mail so no detail of exact location but this is the footpath.
