Lay-by potholes

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8285642.

The whole of the lay-by is in need of repair with some major potholes in excess of a meter in circumference I had a near miss on Friday when a car pulling into the lay-by then shot out of it to miss a huge pot hole
