Grid has deteriorated and become unsafe

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8278787.

The grid has raised and left a hole around the surrounding tarmac on the path which is a trip hazard. The tarmac in front of the grid on the road has significantly deteriorated leaving a relatively large hole which could cause serious harm to a horse or cyclist. The are a number of grids in this area that need repair but the one I’ve highlighted needs most urgent attention.
