Overgrown vegetation restricting already narrow path

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8278694.

Vegetation growing over the top of the wall for Spencer Parade is severely restricting the width of the path. Parked cars mean that people are likely to get wet from the vegetation as they have to walk into the shrub. The path way is not wide enough for a double buggy with the overgrowth.
