Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8273123.

On Lower Street, Kettering as you approach Northall Bridge there is a severe drainage issue which is causing flooding on the footpath and road (Lower Street) during heavy rains.

  • The drains are still blocked and about half way up the hill the road was dug up for fibre optics and all the mud from the excavations came down the hill and has blocked the drains again. Every time there is rain the road floods and comes up above the pavement threatening the homes. There is water on the road now and this has covered 2 of the Anglian Water inspection covers on the pavement are covered and the water is not draining away.
