Dear Sir/Madam,

We would like to bring to your attention an issue affecting our customers and business at Southern Mart Limited.

Most of our customers’ car bumpers hit the road or footpath while entering or exiting our shop premises onto Carey Street (NN16 8LQ). The road surface appears to be uneven, and this has been causing frequent vehicle damage. As a result, many customers are avoiding visiting our shop, which is significantly impacting our business.

We kindly request your assistance in inspecting and rectifying the road level or entrance area at the earliest possible time.
