Brambles and trees on NNC land adjacent to and behind 1 Sawyers Crescent. 1. The trees at the rear of the property have now grown to a considerable height. During recent periods of strong wind and heavy rain, they sway dramatically, and some smaller branches have already fallen. Concerned that larger branches—or even a tree itself—could come down in the future. 2. The small green space to the side of the property has also become heavily overgrown with brambles. These are spreading and have climbed across the garage roof and walls. They are not only unsightly but also difficult to control since they originate in the communal green area. Left unmanaged, they may also cause damage to the garage structure
