Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - We can confirm that the landowner has been contacted regarding this matter and has been reminded of their statutory responsibilities to ensure that all Rights of Way that cross their arable land are kept clear (and marked out) within the next 14 days and to remain clearly marked out on the ground all year round.
