• Investigation: Completed (No Action Necessary) - In terms of how the Council can help, if the vehicles are parked contravening restrictions, these can be reported to the Traffic Enforcement team by emailing trafficenforcement.nnc@northnorthants.gov.uk and they can request enforcement officers visit when next in the vicinity. Vehicles parking in a manner that causes a hazard or obstruction falls under the jurisdiction of Northants Safer Communities Teams as they have the power to deal with these issues and are contactable on the 101 non-emergency police number,
