Overgrown tree causing excessive bird fouling

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8196333.

The tree is growing onto and blocking the footpath, pigeons sitting in the tree are excessively fouling the footpath and nearby cars, causing health concerns
