Overgrown tree causing excessive bird fouling

The tree is growing onto and blocking the footpath, pigeons sitting in the tree are excessively fouling the footpath and nearby cars, causing health concerns

After completing a further inspection we have found that this vegetation falls under private landownership. We can confirm that we are making contact with the landowner giving them 14 days to cut the vegetation back.
