Long trench pot hole previously reported. Not fix and now worse

Pothole previously reported. Others were fixed on the street but this was left and then reported as complete. This is not the case as hi can see in pictures which have new yellow markings. 7909022

Significant breakage now present causing damage to vehicles as reported in the above case.

Please also provide details of where damage caused by these pot holes is sent, so I can claim.
