Waterbubbling out of drain, floodinb road

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8167008.

Drain on opposite side of road to building, had water bubbling out of it last night when heavy rain was coming down. This the flooded the road just near the corner. This seems to happen literally every year in same place causing flooding in this section of road. Drain might be due cleaning again before more rain.
