Rubble dumped on pavement

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8156328.

Follow up to Report 8123011 - once again rubble has been dumped on pavement outside Watertrough Cottage by landscape gardener. Been there for number of days with no sign of it being removed!
