All drains covered in weeds…blocked in heavy rainfall

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8150338.

This section of road had one lane closed last week…WHY??…no drains were unblocked, no vegetation cut back, no tarmac laid….!! These drains are choked with vegetation.
