Over grown vegetation, causing damage to residents fence in back garden.

  • Unfortunately the grass is still overgrown and causing damage, and the caller says that the land owner is the council so they aren't sure who has been contacted, they have tried to get the grass off of the fence but due to the ledge this is quite dangerous and so they were unable to get it away from their fence.
