Shrub planted in verge obscuring view

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8116486.

Shrub on Newton Rd, New Road junction obscuring view of approaching traffic on main rd.

Shrub (Rosemary) has been there a long time. Not sure who planted it. But has now grown high enough to obscure view.

Could do with reducing by a few inches if possible. Thank you in advance for your help
