Blocked highway drainage ducting

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8115627.

The galvanised box tubing intended to channel water beneath the bulging footpath & direct it to the nearest road gully is completely blocked with silt, resulting in ponding water in the parking bay, the length of ponding being a fair bit longer than a car, meaning anyone parking in the bay at that point has a puddle to try to avoid stepping in when getting out of their vehicle
